1 )-Ingame name , EX-linkshells reason why you left or got kicked and EX-server if your not originally from kujata.

4 )-Area Access Sky - Sea - Dynamis - Einherjar.
5 )-Current missions and rank ToAU - Rank - CoP.
6 )-Rare/Ex Items and Equipments.
7 )-Playtimes/Timezone).
8 )-Tell us about yourself (Try to put more details to accelerate the application process).
9 )-Agree on devoting your time to LS events/HNMs.
